This strategic acquisition will enable ASI to further expand and develop CSI's iMIS® add-on modules, including:
CSI's Authorized iMIS Solution Provider (AiSP) business will continue under the same acronym and will retain necessary personnel required to continue to provide world-class service to clients.
CSI's product development and sales support team for the CSI products will join ASI; the professional services team for iMIS and related products will remain intact at CSI as part of the continuation of CSI as an iMIS AiSP. All CSI and ASI Clients can expect a seamless transition and the same award-winning support they have relied on in the past.
