Global sales training company's president will lead interactive session "How to Build a Highly Productive Team: The 3 Keys to Extreme Productivity" tomorrow
SYDNEY - AussieJournal -- RAIN Group, a global sales training company, announced today that its President, Mike Schultz, will present at an event hosted by the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) in Sydney on December 4.
Held at AIM's Campus, Schultz will lead an interactive session titled "How to Build a Highly Productive Team: The 3 Keys to Extreme Productivity."
"Today's workforce has never been more distracted. This is a significant challenge not only for learning and development professionals, but also sales leaders and other departments," shared Schultz.
At the event, the Wall Street Journal best-selling author will share results from the RAIN Group Center for Sales Research's most recent study on Extreme Productivity. Using this study, which includes data from 2,300-plus business professionals, Schultz will shed light on what it takes to keep employees motivated, focused, and achieving maximum productivity and results.

Attendees will learn:
· The 3 Keys to Extreme Productivity
· How to dramatically increase motivation
· The #1 productivity killer
· How to get in the zone and get the most done, every day
· The simplest yet most effective time management system
· 9 productivity habits you can start with your team right now
Schultz continued, "One of the many surprising stats we uncovered in this study was that 47% of respondents spend a significant amount of time on activities that are either non-value-add (Mandatory) or are outright wasting time (Empty) during a typical workday. If you want to take your results to the next level, employees must first become aware of how their time is being spent."
