URO Corp. own extensive landholdings covering over 12,500 square kilometres of highly prospective and underexplored ground in central and northern Australia. Their focus is on energy minerals essential to the generation of carbon-free base-load energy, construction of renewable energy infrastructure and storage that energy.

With the vastness of their tenements in mind and target minerals containing metals such as uranium, REE, copper, zinc, lithium, nickel, gold, tungsten and tin, the rugged, highly portable SciAps X-555 came into its own.
