Our specialists will assess you and show you exercises that are targeted to your individual needs. This will often involve a mixture of stretching exercises (long muscles are strong muscles) and strengthening exercises (weak muscles have a tendency to become tight and irritable).

We demonstrate the exercises to you and provide home exercise sheets. If you're a current patient and have forgotten your exercises, or lost the sheet, you can book an appointment to help you get back on track.
