SYDNEY - AussieJournal -- Kudosity has announced the appointment of Jules Holden, who brings deep expertise across ecommerce and retail, customer experience, and enterprise software. With a strong track record at Yotpo supporting high growth brands across APAC, Jules strengthens Kudosity's commitment to delivering high performing solutions for customers and partners.
Holden will lead the expansion of Kudosity's Partnership Channel while supporting strategic customers across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. His focus on customer centricity and delivering joint value aligns with Kudosity's vision for scalable, modern messaging that powers meaningful interactions throughout the customer journey.
Tori Starkey, Director, Kudosity, and Jules' manager, said his appointment is an exciting step in strengthening the company's integrated Go To Market team.
"Jules joins a unified Go-To-Market organisation that looks after the full customer lifecycle from GTM planning and BI through to operations, sales, marketing, customer success and support.
