Bestselling Author, Keynote Speaker and Creator of the Acclaimed Morning Fire Methodology, Jeff Wickersham Calls on Wellness Leaders to Be the Missing Link
PHILADELPHIA - AussieJournal -- Discussions around mental health and self-advocacy are at an all-time high, yet there are more people living with depression, anxiety, and dissatisfaction than ever before. The coaching industry continues generating more than 15 billion dollars each and every year. So what's the disconnect? According to acclaimed high performance habits coach and founder of The Morning Fire, the answer is simple: Accountability.
"People don't need another self-help book. They don't need another course or workshop. Those self-paced, unguided approaches have only a 6% success rate! What they need are concrete, tangible, proven steps that they can take TODAY. What they need is accountability."
- Jeff Wickersham
Jeff's message is simple: If you want real, long-lasting changes in your life- the kind that allow you to feel the incredible ways you're meant to feel and to live the impactful life you're meant to live- then you're going to have to do it differently than ever before. His signature methodology, with a 90% success rate, provides individuals with the roadmap to do just that.
Here, he offers five quick tips for creating accountability for big results:

1. Surround yourself with like-minded, positive, 'warrior mentality' people. Success doesn't happen in a vacuum, so if you're trying to do it alone, you're making things more difficult than they need to be. Enlist your family, seek out groups of individuals working toward similar goals. When you have the support of a community, you'll be amazed at how far you can go.
2. Track your progress. You can't know what's working and what isn't- and make the necessary adjustments- without keeping track of your habits. This is also a vital tool when it comes to celebrating the wins!
3. Shift your identity. So much of creating lasting change comes down to mindset. When you have limiting beliefs and negative self-talk running through your head on repeat, you're setting yourself up for failure. But when you believe it's possible- when you consciously make that shift to a positive, goal-oriented identity- that's when the magic happens.
4. Plan for success. Anyone can make a quick, short-term fix, but when you're looking for lasting, sustainable change, it's important that you look beyond the here and now. Envision yourself already having achieved your goal and setting your sights on the next one. Allow yourself to feel that feeling of accomplishment and success. Make decisions today with these things in mind so that they become your reality tomorrow.

5. Limit distractions. You are responsible for what you're consuming- physically, intellectually, spiritually. Is the content you're reading in alignment with the direction your heading? Are the people you're surrounding yourself with lifting you up? It's up to you to regularly- and ruthlessly- revise your life accordingly.
"So many people are frustrated because they keep signing up, keep paying for products and services and coaching, but then they have nothing to show for it. A week later, they revert back their old ways- to their familiar comfort zone. They're so desperate for results, but unless someone addresses the missing link- accountability- they're never going to get them."
- Jeff Wickersham
As the world continues to reopen and people are more committed than ever before to creating the lives they've always dreamed of, there's never been a better to make a profound shift within the wellness industry- from one of knowing to one of DOING. The Morning Fire is just the beginning.
