Spun out of Ingenico Group and processing over $45 billion annually, the enterprise transaction leader enters ANZ with a pure-play white-label platform combining payment infrastructure, loyalty, and turnkey B2B distribution.
BRISBANE, Australia - AussieJournal -- BRISBANE, Australia -- Ogloba, a global leader in enterprise closed-loop transactional architecture and card management systems, has officially announced its expansion into the Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) markets. The company has appointed industry veteran Larry Samuels as Regional Head to lead its local operations and deployment.
Originally founded within the world-renowned Ingenico Group, Ogloba operates across 11 global locations and processes more than $45 billion (USD) in issued value annually. The platform acts as a mission-critical operating system for "retailer currency," empowering large retail groups, financial institutions, and complex merchant networks to issue, distribute, and manage their own payment instruments; including closed-loop gift cards, digital wallets, vouchers, and loyalty programs.

The expansion comes at a critical juncture for ANZ enterprises facing margin pressures and looking to maximize customer lifetime value. Globally, gift cards and branded digital wallets have evolved from simple marketing products into massive, institutional-grade revenue drivers.
"Enterprise brands in Australia and New Zealand are increasingly moving away from rigid, legacy, off-the-shelf gift card features," said Larry Samuels, Ogloba's Regional Head of ANZ. "They want architectural autonomy. Ogloba brings a calibre of specialised global technology that gives merchants complete white-label freedom over their assets, enabling deep customization and next-generation digital wallet orchestration without provider lock-in."
"We do for an enterprise brand's closed-loop currency what acquiring banks and global card schemes do for open-loop credit cards," added Samuels. "By tying payment processing, loyalty, and global distribution channels into one platform, we are giving ANZ brands the infrastructure required to scale their basket sizes, drive immediate cash flow, and permanently strengthen customer acquisition."
Ogloba is actively initiating technical reviews and strategic consultations with tier-one retail networks and B2B ecosystems across Australia and New Zealand.
