CHICAGO - AussieJournal -- Realtors Property Resource®, LLC (RPR), a wholly owned subsidiary of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR), is proud to announce the promotions of Emily Line to Chief Strategy Officer and Janine Sieja to Chief Product Officer.
These promotions build on the leadership Emily and Janine already provide across RPR. In their expanded roles, they will help shape RPR's strategy, products and partnerships as the platform continues evolving to meet the needs of REALTORS®, brokerages, associations and MLSs.
"Emily and Janine are exceptional leaders whose leadership has helped make RPR the trusted resource it is today," said Jeff Young, CEO. "Emily's strategic vision and deep industry relationships, combined with Janine's relentless focus on product innovation and execution, will help ensure RPR continues delivering technology that empowers REALTORS® and strengthens the real estate industry."
Emily Line Named Chief Strategy Officer
Emily will lead RPR's strategic engagement across Member Experience (UX), Broker Services, Industry Relations (Association and MLS) and Commercial Services.
Emily brings nearly two decades of experience within the National Association of REALTORS® family, including more than a decade helping shape RPR's growth. After beginning her career managing commercial outreach, she joined RPR in 2012 and played a key role in building RPR Commercial from the ground up. Throughout her career, she has championed user-centered innovation, helping align technology solutions with the evolving needs of REALTORS®, brokerages, associations, MLSs and industry partners.
"RPR has always been at its best when we start with the needs of REALTORS® and let those needs guide our strategy," Emily said. "I'm excited to continue setting strategy alongside our talented team and strengthening partnerships with Associations, MLSs and brokerages to deliver meaningful value for our members while positioning RPR for what's next."

In addition to her leadership at RPR, Emily has served on the Board of Advisors for CommissionTrac, helping guide the company from startup through its acquisition by Yardi. She also mentors emerging proptech companies through TechStars and NAR REACH, sharing her experience with the next generation of real estate innovators.
Emily credits much of her leadership philosophy to legendary performance coach and bestselling author Greg Harden, whose mentorship spanned more than two decades. Harden, known for helping elite athletes including Tom Brady, Michael Phelps and Desmond Howard reach the highest levels of success, inspired Emily's approach to leadership, resilience and personal growth. She is featured alongside those athletes in his book Stay Sane in an Insane World: How to Control the Controllables and Thrive.
Away from work, Emily serves on the Board of Directors for Special Days Camp, one of the world's longest-running pediatric oncology camps. A proud third-generation University of Michigan alumna, she recently returned to her home state, where she's never far from cheering on her beloved Maize and Blue.
Janine Sieja Named Chief Product Officer
Janine Sieja has been promoted to Chief Product Officer after leading RPR's Product group through a period of significant innovation and platform modernization.
Since becoming Senior Vice President of Product Development, in 2018, Janine has overseen a comprehensive evolution of RPR's website and mobile applications, transformative enhancements to data quality and aggregation, and major infrastructure improvements that have strengthened the platform and the overall member experience. During that time, RPR's unique user base has grown substantially, reflecting the team's ongoing commitment to building technology that delivers meaningful value to REALTORS®. That growth is reflected in member engagement: Ninety-day usage averaged 255,000 in 2018 and is averaging 344,000 in 2026—a 35% increase—even as the number of REALTORS® has grown by only 11%.
"Intentionally and creatively improving RPR from top to bottom is super fulfilling for me," Janine said. "I get to build tools that NAR members lean on to close deals, land prospects and price properties—supporting their business success whether they are new to real estate or seasoned professionals."

As Chief Product Officer, Janine will continue guiding RPR's product vision, building on recent innovations such as the Market Trends Chart Service and Mobile AI CMA while leading future enhancements that help REALTORS® work smarter and better serve their clients.
She credits the strength of RPR's Product Development group—product managers, software developers, data engineers and data support specialists, and QA engineers and analysts—as a driving force behind the company's continued success.
"Our Product team is keen for any challenge," Janine said. "The integrity of our data and tools is paramount, so training and empowering teammates to meet our high standards and keeping the REALTOR® at the forefront is a big part of what I do. I'm looking forward to more success stories in my next chapter at RPR!"
Janine is also an active industry and community leader, serving on the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) Board of Directors and the City of Minneapolis Advisory Committee on Housing as a mayoral appointee. Janine holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of New Mexico. She has worked in the biotechnology, higher education and publishing industries, yet finds real estate technology to be the most fascinating sector, for its power to connect Americans with homes.
Looking Ahead
Together, Emily and Janine represent two complementary strengths that have long defined RPR: strategic leadership and product innovation. In their new executive roles, they'll continue working across teams, technologies and industry partnerships to ensure RPR remains a trusted resource for REALTORS® and a driving force for innovation throughout the real estate industry.
