With Microsoft Power App, users can text natively from connected applications, eliminating the need to text in another window or popup box via a third-party application. When customers register with TrueDialog via the Microsoft Power App platform, Microsoft emails an API key and Secret Code and the customer can begin using the connector immediately to send SMS texts to single or multiple recipients via long code and short code numbers. Any type of text message is possible, including notifications, alerts, information, customer service reminders, and marketing and sales messages.

Microsoft Power App allows users to connect TrueDialog to any Microsoft or non-Microsoft application, giving enterprises, small businesses and higher education institutions the ability to text natively within those applications for both internal and external text communications. SMS is a powerful marketing tool, as 65 percent of Americans say they feel more secure interacting with brands via SMS, according to Pew Research.
