BRISBANE, Australia - AussieJournal -- Are you seeking chiropractic care but struggle to find time during the working week to attend an appointment?
In Touch Chiropractic runs a range of Saturday open days, where clients can attend on a Saturday morning that suits them. In 2024, these dates include Saturday 9th March, 13th April, 11th May, 8th June, 13th July, 10th August and 7th September. It's hoped these open days will make it easier for clients to access the important care and pain relief that they need, without the difficulty of having to take time off work during the week.
Karissa Stallwood opened In Touch Chiropractic in 2007. Her passion and goal is to provide excellence in chiropractic care within the South Burnett Community. The practice offers highly tailored care based on a patient's unique movement, genetics and injury experience.

The Chiropractic Approach
Chiropractic is based on the concept that dysfunction in the spine and its joints can lead to dysfunction within the nervous system.
The nervous system controls and coordinates all of the body's systems, so spinal dysfunction can have wide ranging effects on our body's health. Moving our bodies through space against gravity and the pull this creates on our joints, ligaments and muscles is the generator that gives our brains the ability to activate and function. Restriction in the motion of spinal and any other joint in your body diminishes the proprioceptive feedback that drives your central nervous system activity.
