WARRIEWOOD, Australia - AussieJournal -- AXT is proud to announce the signing of a Heads of Agreement with Stärke-AMG's Additive Division, establishing a strategic partnership to accelerate sovereign Australian manufacturing capability across defence, aerospace, autonomous systems and advanced industrial programs.

Under this agreement, AXT will deploy a Stratasys SAF H350 modular mass‑production system to Stärke-AMG's advanced Adelaide facility — enabling subsidised development pathways for high‑performance nylon and polypropylene applications, including mission‑specific aerospace and defence components.

The partnership also launches joint programs focused on 100% recycled SAF materials for industrial initiatives and carbon offset programs along with the first Australian use of specific in-field durable additive FDM performance materials ASA Camouflage Green 383/ Tan 686A specifically tailored for defence applications.

This collaboration combines AXT's national technical capability with Stärke-AMG's advanced manufacturing expertise to build a scalable, sovereign additive production hub in South Australia — backed by shared customer development, joint industry engagement, and coordinated pursuit of defence and grant‑funded opportunities.

We are also excited to showcase small, scalable drone prototypes to be first produced through this partnership — demonstrating the real‑world impact of AM technology in autonomous systems and lightweight mass production structures at Land Forces this week in Perth.

A strong partnership, delivering immediate capability for sovereign Australian manufacturing.
