MELBOURNE, Australia - AussieJournal -- Melbourne, Australia – Conserv Brands, the parent company behind leading promotional products brands Arid Zone, PromoShop, Brand Promotions, and Chilli Promotions, has completed the acquisition of International Marketing Concepts (IMC), following a transaction process that began in 2024.
The completed acquisition has successfully integrated IMC's established client base and experienced team into the Conserv Brands group, strengthening the company's position in the Australian promotional products industry.
"After 20 years of building IMC, I decided it was time for my next chapter," said Peter Smith, former owner of International Marketing Concepts. "I chose Conserv Brands because of their suitability to take over our valued client base and their commitment to looking after our staff."
