MAROOCHYDORE, Australia - AussieJournal -- Stryper Golf, an Australian golf training aid company, has launched a two-product practice system designed to solve one of amateur golf's most persistent problems: the inability to set up to the ball the same way twice.

The Stryper System combines StanceMate — a golf stance training aid that measures stance width and ball position for every club from wedge to driver — with SwingMate, an adjustable swing plane trainer that uses calibrated alignment rod holders to train hand path, swing plane, and body rotation. Together they form a complete golf practice station that can be used at home, at an indoor simulator, or on the range.

"Two of the biggest myths in golf are that the correct stance width is shoulder width and that the ball belongs in the middle of your stance," said Glenn "Corbs" Corbet, founder of Stryper Golf. "Both of those are wrong for most clubs, and they hold the average golfer back from the consistency they're working so hard to find. We built StanceMate and SwingMate to give golfers a measurable, repeatable reference — because feel isn't accurate enough for something this precise."

ABOUT STANCEMATE

StanceMate is an adjustable golf stance training aid constructed from anodised aluminium with laser-etched measurement markings. It sets heel-to-heel stance width and ball position for every club in the bag, with dedicated references for adult players and junior or smaller players. The correct ball position moves from approximately 90mm inside the lead heel for irons, progressively forward through hybrids and fairway woods, to directly opposite the inside lead heel for driver — a set of positions that directly controls angle of attack, low point, and shot quality.

StanceMate is available at strypergolf.com.au for AU$119.

ABOUT SWINGMATE

SwingMate is a CNC-machined aluminium base plate with proprietary spring-loaded ratcheting alignment rod hinges that hold rods at precise, repeatable angles. The system includes five alignment rods ranging from 400mm to 1.6m, a carry bag, and instructions for three foundational drills: a hand path drill (base 45°, rod 40°), a swing plane drill (base 0°, rod 60°), and a rotation drill (base 75°, rod 30°). The adjustable design allows golfers and coaches to create custom drill configurations for virtually any swing fault.
