The truth is many people have seen both sides of relationships, the beautiful side of relationships and the dark side. Others have only experienced the dark side, leading for some to use phrases such as, "I'm in between disappointments'. A phrase that indicates that someone is single but they are expecting the next relationship to be a disappointment as well. For some people, they have encountered serious situations of domestic violence to such an extent that for now, they are just enjoying their freedom and don't intend to be hooked up with anyone anytime soon.
One of the harsh realities of our time is the prevalence of Domestic violence in relationships. This is whether in romantic relationships or just family relationships etc. Domestic violence is real, across the major economies and in most parts of the world. Australian award winning author, Wisdom Mupudzi, believes that there is power in prevention.
