Carla Winslett brings 25+ years of progressive leadership experience in the hospice, home health, and hospital industries to her new role at the nation's leading nurse-based triage solution.
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. - AussieJournal -- IntellaTriage, the leading provider of after-hours nurse-first triage services, has hired Carla Winslett, RN, as Director of Clinical Operations. Winslett will manage over 200 remote nurses across the nation as she oversees the clinical operations of the growing organization. She will draw on her expertise in hospice and home health, proven leadership skills, and operations management track record to support the company as it grows.
Winslett is a licensed nurse with over 25 years of experience in home health and hospice. She led hospice operations at large organizations in Alabama and Tennessee, such as Amedisys and Alacare, and was most recently Vice President of Hospice Operations at Curo Health Services. Winslett's responsibilities will include overseeing all clinical processes, managing a growing team of remote nurses, defining policies and procedures, and facilitating training alongside the education team. I look forward to helping make their jobs easier with efficient clinical operations so they can focus on providing quality patient care," Winslett said. "I was intrigued by the concept of nurse triage, and I have recently found myself wishing I had used it to support my nurse teams in the past."
