Currently, he serves as the CEO of Maple Advisory Solutions, a consulting firm based in Canberra.

His extensive volunteer work includes involvement with organizations such as the Australian Institute of International Affairs (AIIA), Canberra Business Chamber, Federation of Indian Associations in ACT (FINACT), Gungahlin Community Council, Cancer Council, St. Vincent de Paul Society (Vinnies), and the Australian Red Cross. In his role with the Red Cross, Jacob has been instrumental in fostering partnerships to enhance community support services.
