CANBERRA, Australia - AussieJournal -- Learning and development is a systematic process that improves an individual's skills, knowledge and competency. With 70% of employees feeling like they don't have the mastery of the skills needed for their jobs, it's clear that an L&D strategy needs to be clearly defined – with the aim to build a culture of continuous learning.
