The Melbourne platform folds invoicing, bookings, CRM and double-entry accounting into a single app for local operators, and starts free with no credit card.
MELBOURNE, Australia - AussieJournal -- Australian small business owners routinely run their operations across five to ten separate software tools, most of them built for overseas tax systems, and pay $200 to $400 a month for them. OneBookPlus, a business management platform built in Melbourne, has launched to replace that stack with a single app.
OneBookPlus combines invoicing and quotes, a full CRM, a 24/7 online booking page that syncs with Google Calendar, double-entry accounting, and email and SMS marketing under one login. Australian compliance is native rather than an add-on. GST is calculated automatically at 10 per cent, ABNs are validated against the Australian Business Register, and quarterly BAS summaries are produced in an ATO-ready format.
"Every operator I spoke to told me a version of the same story," said Bishal Shrestha, Founder and CEO of OneBookPlus. "They were paying for software that did not talk to each other, and losing weekends to reconciliation at BAS time. Those tools were built for someone else's tax system. We built this one for ours."

Beyond the core, the platform has released a hospitality suite covering point of sale, table management and reservations; job management for trades with a drag-and-drop board, quote-to-job conversion and batch invoicing; and rostering, timesheets and payroll with superannuation and PAYG. Industry-specific apps are available from a built-in marketplace and billed separately.
A native iOS app is live on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad. The full product also runs in any browser, and an Android release is on the waitlist.
OneBookPlus is free to start, with no credit card required. The free plan includes 10 invoices per month, 250 contacts, an online booking page and GST compliance. Paid plans are Starter at $29 per month, Plus at $49 and Growth at $69, in Australian dollars, with a discount for annual billing.
