SYDNEY - AussieJournal -- NaturismRE has announced the release of the Safe Health Zone Framework, a world-first public-health model designed to protect night-shift workers from the severe and predictable health risks associated with overnight labour.

While the initiative is being launched publicly from Australia, Safe Health Zones (SHZs) are designed for global adoption and can be implemented by councils, employers, and institutions anywhere in the world.

Across every country that relies on 24/7 labour, healthcare, transport, logistics, emergency services, manufacturing, hospitality, cleaning, utilities, night-shift workers face the same biological dangers:
Chronic fatigue
Cardiovascular strain
Impaired cognition
Microsleeps
Hormonal disruption
Sleep instability
Higher accident rates
Long-term metabolic and psychological stress

Despite this, no nation provides dedicated recovery environments for night workers, until now.
