Auto-Quoting allows businesses to automatically accept customer leads that match their selected service category, service area, and predefined criteria. Once accepted, each lead is allocated on a one-to-one exclusive basis, ensuring that only the auto-quoted business can contact and engage with the customer.
The feature eliminates the delays and competition commonly associated with shared lead systems. By removing bidding and manual response requirements, Auto-Quoting provides immediate access to high-intent customers and enables faster first contact, increasing the likelihood of successful job conversion.
