ATLANTA - AussieJournal -- As the United States braces for the eminent Recession, employees are experiencing financial hardships with loss of jobs, reduced working hours, increased costs for goods and services, and unexpected financial emergencies. However, those who have side businesses will be better equipped to recession-proof their lifestyle.

Created during the pandemic in 2019, #SIDEGIGCON connects attendees with experts, strategies, resources, and coaching to help them start and grow their Side Gigs, the right way.

"Although this conference is for people who have or want to start side businesses," explains event creator Tarra Jackson, "#SIDEGIGCON is open to all entrepreneurs at every level. Novice and experienced attendees will have access to training that will assist with the growth of their side business in return, strengthening our local economy. "

For the first time, an in-person component will be held at the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurship in Atlanta, Georgia, as well as the popular virtual experience, July 21-22, 2022.

• Thursday, July 21st, will be an all-day virtual event with keynote speakers, sessions, and networking.
• Friday, July 22nd, will be in-person and virtual with keynote speakers, sessions, intimate masterminds, and networking reception.
