SHENZHEN, China - AussieJournal -- T&S Communications Co., Ltd. (300570.SZ) has announced its 2024 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The plan aims to purchase no more than 1.8 million shares. The total funds to be raised will not exceed RMB 30.51 million. The ESOP will be effective for a period of 36 months, starting from the date it is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and the final transfer of the target shares to the ESOP account is completed. If not extended, the plan will automatically terminate upon the expiration of this period.
