MELBOURNE, Australia - AussieJournal -- CDI ANZ are pleased to announce another successful sell-side transaction. On Friday CDI completed a sell-side mandate on behalf of a student placement software business, Pigeonhole Software, trading as Class Creator and WIN Time Software.

CDI Global ANZ were mandated by Pigeonhole Software to help divest their businesses of Class Creator and WIN Time Software. Pigeonhole Software is a student placement platform supporting schools in the difficult process of creating their new classes. CDI Global assisted Pigeonhole across the entire divestment phase.

The primary business, Class Creator, is a subscription-based business, using a unique algorithm to empower educators to make better classes that impact student well-being, academic outcomes and staff satisfaction.

The acquirer of the business is Sentral, a leading Australian cloud-based school management software provider within the Global Payments group.

With Pigeonhole Software and Sentral already complimenting each other's offering within cloud-based school management platforms – Sentral currently offer a white label solution of Class Creator – the acquisition was a natural evolution of their strategic alignment.

Class Creator has a global client list, with its primary strength lying within Australia and the United States. Class Creator's USA market position will support Sentral's expansion into this region.
