SYDNEY - AussieJournal -- Adam Bird joins DevOps1, a leading technology consortium, as Chief Customer Officer. With over 20 years of experience in Australian and Global technology organisations, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and specialities to the team. Most recently, Adam contributed to customer success in security operations at Tesserent as the NSW Sales Director.

Having started his career at IBM, Adam worked for the tech giant for eight years across procurement and technical compliance projects before moving into business development. Since then, Adam has thrived in customer-facing roles with the likes of organisations including Gruden, Westpac, Edelman and KJR Digital.

Not only does Adam bring an extensive amount of technology industry knowledge and customer success experience to DevOps1, but a strong passion for people-first and a focus on attracting, delighting and encouraging our Talent and Customers alike to prosper with us.
