Following an executive search led by legal technology industry specialist TRU Staffing Partners, High Impact's board identified Reikes as the ideal CEO to lead the business into a new era of growth and visibility. Departing CEO, Jordan Halperin, is facilitating a successful transition ahead of taking on a CEO role at a new organization.

Reikes, a legal technology and litigation support veteran, brings a track record of success in both business development and leadership roles. He began his professional journey in software development before returning to school to secure his Juris Doctor at Loyola Law School Los Angeles. After a short time practicing law, Reikes merged his tech and legal expertise to transition into e-discovery. Most recently, Reikes was the General Manager of the Disputes and Investigations business unit at Elevate, a fast-growing Alternative Legal Solutions Provider. In two and a half years of his leadership, the unit's revenues grew five-fold, customer satisfaction ratings increased to new all-time highs, and margins improved substantially.
