Dalton is the Founder and Executive Vice President of Dare to Dream Ranch, a Rhode Island nonprofit helping service members, veterans, and their families heal through holistic and alternative therapies. With decades of leadership experience across nonprofit, healthcare, and federal service, Dalton has built a career rooted in advocacy and impact. She previously served as Executive Director of the Rhode Island Academy of Family Physicians, Acting Postmaster and Supervisor with the United States Postal Service, and Executive Director of Shoulder to Shoulder, helping deliver medical and dental care to rural communities in Honduras.
