His work has taken him to some of the world's most extraordinary locations, including covering political landscapes and capturing the beauty of Africa's stunning ecosystems. Luke's deep understanding of visual storytelling will bring a fresh perspective to Muench Workshops' immersive photo workshops, allowing participants to capture not only the images but the essence of a destination's story.

With a background in management consulting, operations, and team-building, Sara will help streamline logistics, ensuring participants can focus entirely on their photography. Her work with Fortune 500 companies and scaling an African agricultural business gives her the skills to elevate the operational side of Muench Workshops, offering smooth, hassle-free travel for participants.

After nearly 18 years of dedicated service, Andy Williams, a founding partner of Muench Workshops, has decided to retire from day-to-day operations as of December 31, 2024. Andy's journey with Muench Workshops began when he first encountered Marc Muench while organizing a photo weekend event. That chance meeting led to a long and fruitful partnership that saw the company grow from a small operation to one of the leading providers of photography workshops worldwide.
"I've had the privilege of working with incredible people, and the relationships we've built with both our team and clients have enriched my life in ways I never expected," said Andy. "While I'm retiring from the day-to-day, I'm excited to continue leading a few workshops through October 2025. I'm grateful for the experiences we've shared, and I look forward to seeing the new direction Muench Workshops takes with Sara and Luke."
