Unique Adoption Event Brings Rescue Dogs and Their Future Families Together
LOGAN, Australia & BRISBANE, Australia - AussieJournal -- Hear No Evil - Australian Deaf Dog Rescue and Building Better Dogs are inviting the community to a very special adoption event on Saturday 4th July 2026, combining the elegance of a traditional high tea with the heartwarming opportunity to meet rescue dogs looking for their forever homes.
The Hear No Evil High Tea Adoption Day will take place from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Building Better Dogs, 71-77 Rossmore Rd, Chambers Flat, Queensland.
Unlike traditional adoption days, guests will have the opportunity to relax with a cup of tea and a scone while spending quality time with adoptable dogs in a calm and welcoming environment. The event aims to help potential adopters build genuine connections with dogs from a variety of rescue organisations.
Dogs attending will include deaf, blind, special needs and hearing dogs, giving visitors the opportunity to learn more about the many wonderful dogs available through rescue.

The event will bring together a number of rescue organisations including Hear No Evil, Lucky Paws Dog Rescue, Beagle Rescue Queensland, Best Friends Rescue, Pei and Pals QLD, Staffy and Amstaff Rescue and others, all working together under the shared belief that rescue is stronger when organisations support one another.
"This is not your typical adoption event," said Hear No Evil President Vicki Law. "We wanted to create an environment where people could slow down, have meaningful conversations with rescue groups and spend time getting to know the dogs. Sometimes finding your perfect companion starts with a simple connection."

ABOUT HEAR NO EVIL
Hear No Evil - Australian Deaf Dog Rescue is a volunteer-run rescue dedicated to helping deaf, blind and special needs dogs find loving homes across Australia. Since 2014, the organisation has provided rescue, rehabilitation, education and lifelong support to adopters while advocating for dogs often overlooked in shelters and pounds.
