Cisco noted that "SecureCall allows businesses to outsource card detail capture while staff converse with customers on Webex calls, securing any Webex service." SecureCall was praised for its "just-in-time call security" feature, which allows staff to activate the solution via the embedded WebApp in the Webex Client and guide customers through the payment process. Customers simply enter their card details using their phone keypad, while the SecureCall app shows masked details to the staff member, ensuring a secure and smooth transaction.

With this award, BroadSource is advancing to the global finals, where winners will be announced at the Cisco Partner Summit later this month.
