The home features a bright, open floor plan that preserves sweeping water views from nearly every room. Engineered for its waterfront setting, the home is elevated above base flood elevation and includes impact-rated windows and doors for enhanced protection. Two expansive outdoor decks constructed with weather-resistant materials extend the living space outdoors.
