MIAMI - AussieJournal -- ENERGY33, a LATAM focused energy project developer and engineering company, was recently awarded an engineering and construction management contract for an 8.5 MW power generation project from PARK ENERGY, the energy supplier to the Green Valley Industrial Park in Santa Barbara, Honduras. PARK ENERGY provides electricity, steam and chilled water to the numerous multinational clients located in the Green Valley Industrial Park operating in the textile, automotive, apparel and other light assembly industries.  The 8.5 MW power plant has been designed to operate in parallel with an existing 14.9 MW co-generation power plant that the founders of ENERGY33 designed, engineered and built in 2006.

ENERGY33 was engaged to provide the integration, engineering and construction management for this power plant that will provide additional power to the industrial park's clients with an installation time of five months. ENERGY33's responsibilities include preparing the conceptual, basic and detailed engineering to retrofit the power plant for its new location and to integrate and coordinate the civil, mechanical and electrical contractors needed to install the plant.
