In this article, we take a brief dive into the costs involved in designing & building your home extension.

HOW MUCH DOES A HOME EXTENSION COST?

We have vast experience in a wide range of home modifications, we estimate that an 80m² ground floor extension costs between $160,000 and $300,000 (depending on the quality of inclusions) which equates to approximately $2000 to $3750 per m².

Again, the main two differences that come into play are type of construction and the quality of the inclusions. To be honest, this is a rough figure which takes into account "dodgy builders" or "budget builders" who tend to cut corners wherever they can.
