Together, They Form the Largest Urgent Care Network in Georgia
ATLANTA - AussieJournal -- CRH Healthcare (CRH), the parent company of Peachtree Immediate Care, has acquired AppleCare Urgent Care, the urgent care leader in Southeast Georgia. The combination of Peachtree Immediate Care, the largest urgent care operator in the Atlanta Metro area, and AppleCare, which operates twelve centers, allows CRH to immediately serve much more of Georgia and opens up further expansion throughout the state. The combined urgent care network includes 54 locations in Georgia today with more than half a dozen new centers planned in 2022. With the exception of Savannah, all locations will eventually operate under the Peachtree Immediate Care brand.
"We are delighted to be part of the Peachtree Immediate Care network," said Jeff Ward, CEO of AppleCare Urgent Care. "When considering a partner, it was important for us to merge with a company that values our staff and our core focus of excellent patient care." While the companies have taken different paths to growth in Georgia, both have been focused on similar fundamentals of being convenient, caring, courteous, competent and compliant—"the 5 Cs" that make up CRH's Vision statement. The Georgia network of over 150+ providers, including board certified physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, are trained in urgent care, family care, and occupational health and are supported by a staff of over 500 caring nurses, medical assistants and front desk associates.

We look forward to serving patients throughout the state as a new combined team."
This acquisition, CRH Healthcare's twelfth since 2013 and eighth in Georgia alone, was the largest in CRH's history.
