Complaint lists over 48 sex crimes in Walmart bathrooms against women and children
ATLANTA - AussieJournal -- By: Jonathan W. Johnson LLC.
Jonathan W. Johnson LLC has amended its complaint against Walmart. "This case is about a nationwide systemic practice of reckless behavior and intentional concealment of crimes by Walmart for crimes occurring in its bathrooms." Defendants Walmart and Lester Jolly were sued after Jolly was caught taking pictures and/or videos of five plaintiffs in the Walmart restroom while on duty as a janitor. Jolly is now out on bond while facing criminal charges. He admits that he took video recordings of women in the Walmart public bathrooms while employed as Defendant Walmart's janitor. The case is filed in the State Court of Dekalb County, Georgia, Docket No. 23A05446.
The scale of this crime is vast. Upon information and belief, dozens of women and children were sexually exploited and/or video-recorded by Jolly. Jolly admits that he shared videos of the victims in the toilet with unknown third parties. Plaintiffs anticipate finding over one hundred (100) victims of this sexual offender. It is unknown who has access to the images taken by Jolly, or how widely those have been disseminated.

Walmart negligently allowed Jolly to invade the privacy of adults and children while they utilized the restroom. This transpired after Walmart was on notice, and the police were notified, that Defendant Jolly was victimizing customers and employees in the women's restroom. Further, a crime blotter reveals over 1000 crimes had occurred at the Walmart store in the last three years, putting Walmart on notice that the location was a high crime store that required high security.
In addition, when Walmart became aware of the crimes of its employee Lester Jolly, it took no action to warn or notify victims of this behavior. To date, Walmart has made no effort to notify victims of Mr. Jolly of what transpired despite this lawsuit being filed. Most of the victims are unaware that intimate videos of them taken in the toilet have been recorded and disseminated.
This is not a unique occurrence. Walmart has a pattern of negligent security in its public toilets. There have been at least 48 incidents of sexual violations of customers and employees in Walmart bathrooms reported in the media. Given that there have been 48 incidents reported in the media, it is projected that there are hundreds of incidents occurring in Walmart toilets. A detailed list of known incidents is attached to the Complaint.
